There are 9 Board of Directors each serving a three year term. They are elected each year prior to the June Annual Meeting and must be property owners in good standing.
The current Directors can nominate Timber Ridge residents for office, or property owners with the written support of 10 property owners in good standing can petition to run. The written petition must be submitted to the POA office at least 20 days prior to the annual meeting in June.
